Answer:
My friend, you just purchased a bunch of stuff that the store couldn't get rid of any other way than to bundle it up and make it look amazing to some unsuspecting guy like yourself who doesn't know the difference.
The lenses are ones that screw on to the front of your kit lens. They are poor quality and you definitely will see it in the photos compared to when you are not using them. They are a lot of FUN to play with, but they produce pretty low quality.
the tripod and little things like that are uber cheap-o models. Their durability is questionable. I have heard photographers losing a camera because the tripod broke. They can be OK. but definitely not something I'd want to depend upon. I would NOT put my camera on the table top tripod. Neither tripod says what it's load capacity is-that matters if you have a camera, lens, flash, etc sitting on it.
The filters are fun to play with and are alright. THey aren't good quality and will degrade your image. They are fun to play and learn with and if that's what you are doing they are awesome for you.
The charger and batteries? They're probably worth having. they won't have the longevity or durability of the canon one, but it's extra power you didn't have before and will definitely be handy.
Notice the memory card doesn't have a brand name nor does it have a write speed on it? If you use the high speed firing on your camera you will have a hard time with it. It also doesn't say brand which makes me rather uneasy for the reliability factor. Losing a memory card full of images because of a crap quality memory card going bad can be devastating. You will probably be fine, but if your shooting is critical? Use another card.
The flash doesn't say what the GN is-how much power it has. It also doesn't say if it tilts, swivels or has a manual or high and low setting. By the looks of it it doesn't tilt or swivel-you might as well use your on board flash. It does the exact same thing. It also doesn't say e-ttl which would mean that you can set your flash's output using your camera's controls.
The bag-the cheap ones are always nice to have. It's not grand, but it'll work.Your camera and this kit is probably more than it can hold by the looks of it.
The screen protectors are always nice to have.
Overall? It's cheap crap. It's got some fun in it and a few things worth having. The price? Eh, I have wasted a hundred bucks on worse things. You'll get some use of the batteries and a few things. For the price it's probably worth it for the fun you will get out of it.
