Answer:
Speaking for the vast number on Nikon professionals here....
The D60 is an upgrade to the very popular D40 camera. Added features include a VR 18-55mm lens, sensor dust removal, and upgraded sensor chip (similar to the D300), and some minor tweaks.
The D80 differs from the D40 & D60 in having the autofocus motor in the camera body, allowing you to use a wider range of lenses in autofocus mode. The D80 also has a second info lcd window on the camera top, dual control wheels, and the ability to customize your settings more easily.
The 18-135mm is a nice lens, but nothing special.
Optically, a better kit would include an 18-55mm VR and a 55-200mm VR.
The lenspen is a generic lens brush and I'm certain the tripod is something equally generic. If possible, skip these two items and find products locally that are more suitable for you needs.
I hope this helps.
VR lenses have the Vibration Reduction feature that stabilizes the camera & lens, allowing you to shoot in lower light situations without flash. It also allows you to capture images that would be impossible, even with a tripod.
