Frequently Asked Questions...
I need a fisheye lens for my D3100!?
Okay. I've searched and searched and searched. All I want Is a nice-quality fisheye lens OR adapter. I have a Nikon D3100.
I already know that Nikon has a NIKKOR 10.5 lens... But it's like $750. I want something under $500.
An adapter is fine but I want it to be nice quality and AF.
Please help me out. I'll give you points. (Whatever that means) lol.
Thanks in advanced!
Answer:
I don't think you will get the AF for a new fisheye.
You can get the Vivitar 7mm fisheye for around $330, but it's a manual focus lens.
But remember, a fisheye lens has such a wide angle of view, the depth of field is very large, so it will be fairly easy to get a photo in focus with MF.
